It may be accessed via a smartphone application or by logging in to the website. ArriveCAN can also support you speed up the border crossing process and reduce your connection with people.
As part of Canada’s attempts to combat Pandemic Covid19, all qualified visitors must supply vital information upon arrival and after leaving the country.
Upon arrival in Canada, all travelers, whether by air, land, or sea, must present digital information. Passengers must certify they have landed at their quarantine or isolation location within 48 hours of entering Canada. Besides that, They also have to assess daily COVID-19 symptoms by themselves and submit it in their quarantine term. This application may gather information such as traveler contact information, prospective quarantine position, and vaccination status, among other things.
How Does ArriveCAN Work?
ArriveCAN is used to submit the following information:
- Contact information as well as travel information.
- Pre-entry test results, vaccination history and previous travel.
- A quarantine plan is in place.

What happens if you don’t send information on ArriveCAN?
You must complete out your details on ArriveCAN or your application will be denied:
- Boarding whether flying or on a cruise liner.
- Entrance into Canada if crossing by land, rail, or water (in case you are a foreign national traveling for discretionary purposes).
Resident residents, who are registered under Indian laws and foreigners who are eligible to enter Canada according to another entry exemption will still be licensed to enter but you will be treated like this:
- Will not receive exemptions from tourists to be fully vaccinated and may be required to quantify and complete the test to and 8.

Exemptions
The following individuals are not required to provide information via ArriveCan:
- Individuals who are exempt from the Quarantine Act under the Order Minimizing the Risk of COVID-19 Exposure in Canada.
- Passengers en route to a place other than Canada.
