WHAT IS SMILING MIND APP?
An app for meditation for teenagers is called Smiling Mind. It employs mindfulness to increase tranquility, contentment, and clarity. It was created by a group of psychologists. It has been demonstrated that mindfulness meditation improves overall health and wellbeing while assisting in managing stress, resiliency, anxiety, and depression.
Many Aboriginal languages, including Kriol, Ngaanyatjarra, and Pitjantjatjara, are now covered by Smiling Mind’s programming. These initiatives were developed with assistance from the NPY Women’s Council of Central Australia. Under “Other Language Programs,” under the “All Programs” section, are the extra language courses.
Each lesson represents a phase in the process of learning to meditate. You are led through peaceful breathing techniques and visions by a gentle Australian voice. Kids can save their favorite sessions under the Favorites tab, which houses audio tracks that typically last between two and ten minutes. The programs or sessions are accessible for offline usage, and teachers can download them so that students can listen to them whenever and wherever they choose.
HOW DOES SMILING MIND APP WORK?
You must first input your email address and generate a new password when the Smiling Mind app first launches.
The app will then ask you a series of questions during the introduction screens to better personalize your experience, including what best describes you, how you’ve been feeling lately, how much experience you have with meditation, and what you’re most interested in.

You’ll eventually reach your homepage once you’ve provided the app with some basic information about yourself. You’ll be given a list of 10 simple meditations to do on your homepage as a primer on the programs available in the app. In addition, you’ll be able to browse several programs to look into while being reminded to begin the subsequent session of your present program. Additionally, the homepage will display both your current daily streak and the total number of programs you have completed.
You will be required to input your present mood in the form of smiling emojis each time you want to launch a new software. Then, using a cool graph, you can keep tabs on your mood throughout the days and weeks.
In accordance with the time you choose for your daily mindful meditation, the Smiling Mind app will also notify you via push messages.
